The challenge

Quince had a disruptive DTC thesis — luxury-quality essentials at radically lower prices — but needed a growth engine to match its ambition at Series A stage.

What I built

Performance marketing from scratch across Meta, Google, and exploratory channels. Attribution infrastructure. The processes, reporting, and team that took Quince from Series A to where they are today.

I've spent my career building growth engines for some of the most notable DTC and consumer brands of the last decade — Quince (joined at Series A, now a $10.1B decacorn), Koala (heading to IPO), Prose, Parade, Tempo, Vera Wang, and more.
