The Challenge

Quince had a disruptive DTC model — luxury-quality essentials at radically lower prices — but needed a growth engine to match its ambition at Series A stage.

What I Built

Built and scaled the performance marketing engine from the ground up — Meta, Google, and exploratory channels — alongside the attribution infrastructure needed to measure it all. Stood up the processes, reporting, and team that took Quince from Series A to where they are today.

Oversaw acquisition and retention teams, shifting the business from a rental-first to a purchase-first model. The result: payback cut by 12+ months and first-purchase ROAS up 140%. Rebuilt the media strategy, tightened creative-to-conversion loops, and restructured retention to drive stronger LTV.
